StrengthsFinder FAQs

Go to Gallup Sign In
Sign in using the email and password you used when you took the StrengthsFinder assessment
Scroll down until you see “Strengths Insight Report” and “Signature Themes report”. (Can add picture)

“Strengths Insight Report”- gives customized descriptions of each of your top 5 strengths based off of your answers to the assessment. Your summaries will look entirely different than anyone else’s- it is customized to you. *Recommended*
“Signature Themes Report”- gives generalized descriptions of each strength.

Click on the menu tab called “Gallup Strengths”. There you will find details information about each of the Gallup Strengths.
If you still have questions about your unique combination of strengths, feel free to post a question to the Discussion Board and our Gallup certified coach will respond in a timely manner.

Only your Top 5 results are included in the assessment you took before this course. If you would like to purchase your “Full 34 Report” on your own, the cost is $40 and you can do this through the Gallup website.

ProStrengths Course FAQs

If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password” on the main page of the ProStrengths website. You will enter your email and follow the steps to create a new password.

No you do not need to post on the discussion board to get credit. Participating and submitting responses on the discussion board is highly encouraged to enhance learning, but it is not required.

Contact Information and Strengths: Your information and answers are private. Your cohort leader will only have access to your name, email, and top 5 Signature Themes for the purpose of contacting you and for the meet-up session.

Answers to Activities: The answers you submit for questions and activities throughout the course are private, only you can see your responses.

Discussion Board Responses: Only answers you submit on the Discussion Board pages will be displayed to your cohort members.

If you have any questions about Parenting Partners or you would like to contact an expert, email our certified Gallup Strengths Coach at prostrengths@familyleadership.org

The course includes four modules, ideally to be completed within a week each to move together as a cohort. Each module will take .5-1.5hrs depending on how thoroughly you reflect on your answers. You are welcome to complete each module in multiple sittings and to go at your own pace.

We encourage you to login to review and participate in your cohort Discussion Board conversation every few days. 

No, the meet-up session is optional, but encouraged to attend to meet with others that went through the course to share what you have learned. 

Contact your cohort leader to find out if there is an available spot for someone else to join your cohort.

At anytime you can revisit and add to the answers you entered during the course by logging into the website and clicking My Answers in the menu bar.
